Mortgage Sales Manager
£45,000 - £55,000 + commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000
Location: Hybrid, with 2/3 days required every other week in the Norwich Office
Our client are a digital-first mortgage brokerage supporting applicants who don't fit the traditional mould. We have developed an end-to-end platform which integrates everything into one space for the most efficient customer process.
General Responsibilities:
£45,000 - £55,000 + commission

- Quality & compliance case checks
- Developing & training advisors
- Lender knowledge on where to place cases
- Spotting & improving internal processes
