Are you a natural at negotiation with a passion for real estate and property? Look no further, as I am seeking a Sales & Lettings Consultant to join a dynamic team.
In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to work with residential properties, negotiate offers with landlords, conduct viewings, and follow up with leads. Predominantly Sales, however lettings duties will also be included at some points, giving you opportunity to earn more commission.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance and possess excellent negotiation skills, sales progression and viewing experience. This is a permanent role based in the heart of the real estate and property sector, offering a competitive salary range of £25000.00 - £28000.00.

Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator/Progressor
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals
- Strong understanding of compliance in the real estate and property sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
