- Build and foster strong relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues, and suppliers
- Effectively minimize void periods and negotiate rental renewals in line with market trends
- Organize repair quotes and works as necessary, including new build defect issues
- Customer service ethos with a proactive and positive outlook
- Ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
