As a Property Administrator you'll work alongside our dedicated team to maintain an average occupancy level of 95% and deliver excellent customer service. You'll own the maintenance process, ensuring that all requests are managed efficiently and accurately. Moreover, you will be the face of the business for our current and prospective residents, creating a positive and enduring residency experience.
We offer a dynamic working environment where you'll have the opportunity to lead resident inductions, organise events and community initiatives, and provide ongoing support and aftercare to our residents. - Create an exceptional residency experience for our residents, from first enquiry to move-in and beyond
- Manage maintenance requests and ensure accurate recording of data on Yardi
- Strong administrative skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle resident inductions and move-in/move-out inspections
- Experience in organising and delivering events and community initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
