Expectations within the IFA Administrator role;
- Offering an efficient service for processing new business for sales consultants, handling trades and fund switches, coordinating with product providers, and ensuring proper setup of new business
- Issuing original policy documents to clients when necessary and ensuring that copy documents/contract notes are provided within the agreed turnaround time, while verifying their accuracy and alignment with the client's requirements
- Offer post-meeting administrative support to consultants, ensuring all tasks are completed within the agreed timeframes
- Providing administrative support for valuations, transfer of servicing, and client reviews to enable sales consultants to conduct efficient client meetings
