Business Development Manager – Commercial Finance
Salary: £30k-£45k DOE | OTE £100K+ | Uncapped Commission
Location: Hybrid / Remote (South Yorkshire/ Lincolnshire - based)

Our client is a well-established commercial finance brokerage specialising in tailored funding solutions for SMEs, from asset finance to commercial property finance. Due to continued success, they're expanding and seeking a BDM to drive new business and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Proven experience in B2B sales, asset finance, invoice finance, or commercial property finance.

- Proactively engage SMEs, converting leads and building long-term relationships
- Sell tailored finance solutions, including asset finance, invoice finance, and commercial property finance.
- Manage inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to grow your pipeline
- Work closely with funders to finalise deal structures and ensure smooth processing
