Case Manager

Case Manager | Central London | Salary negotiable + commission

Our client is a leading specialist lender based in the city; we have an immediate requirement for a Case Manager to join their bridging underwriting team. 

Our client offers an incredible office culture, state of the art offices & annual team incentives. As a Case Manager you'll be responsible for duties as follows:

• Liaising with direct applicants and brokers to assist with obtaining the required documents and supporting information to expedite the processing, and completion of, loan applications
• Preparing and issuing offers of loan to broker partners and direct applicants
• Instructing valuations and issuing checklist of requirements to the applicant’s legal representative
• Circulating valuation reports and processing requests on behalf of the underwriter in respect of the valuation where required
• Running credit searches for, and undertaking KYC checks on, applicants.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have prior experience as a Case Manager either with a specialist lender or with a broker.
