Our client are an innovative independent estate agency who provide bespoke solutions to buying and selling property. They are going from strength to strength, and are currently operating in 3 branches in the North West region. Utilising a first class as standard service, they provide a traditional customer focused service alongside innovative and modern technology to ensure their properties stand out. They are looking for a track record in driving business and maintaining client relationships.

The Role

The role of Branch manager is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through liaising with administrators to ensure properties are advertised correctly in line with company standards and sales are completed smoothly and correctly. You will be key in building, managing, and leading a winning team. Your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the ‘hub of knowledge’ – an expert in your team’s needs.

As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing your team. You will be results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility. Each of the team acts with a spirit of professionalism, honesty, and integrity towards each other and clients. Day to day responsibilities include: 
  • Overseeing and leading the efficient operation of the office.
  • Ensuring that all business operations are carried out in accordance with all applicable legislation.
  • Conducting sales valuations and driving the business forward
  • Leading daily meetings with sales team.
  • Motivating and coaching the team to achieve KPIs.
  • Encouraging the team’s development and progression.
  • Having a strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • Reporting to the directors on a regular basis.
