• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving business growth and profitability.
• Responsible for the sales pipeline of the office, working towards business targets. 
• Opportunity to sell new homes immediately and grow the re-sale market share in Manchester and surrounding areas. 

£28k-£30k Basic + Commission Package
