Music and animal obsessed. At the weekend, you’ll find me out dancing with my friends or on a long dog walk with one of the many family pups. I got into recruitment after graduating with a psychology degree during lockdown, finding a post-grad job was tough, but a recruitment agency got me an interview at the first agency I worked for. For me recruitment is all about being a good listener and making sure you pick up on the small details when dealing with both candidates and clients.
