Following a successful first year in 2022, JG Mortgage Services were ready to hire their first Mortgage & Protection Broker to take the business to the next level and begin their growth journey.
As a growing start-up, having the Director managing the recruitment in-house was proving inefficient and taking time aware from other vital areas. JG Mortgage Services needed a partner who could proactively approach brokers directly and be able to qualify candidates to secure the right person.
