What was the job Integro helped recruit for?

“Sales Manager, Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager.”

 

Before working with Integro what was your usual timescale for this position?

“The usual timescale for a hire was around 6 weeks, although sometimes much longer.”

What problems were you facing before you engaged with Integro?

“Issues – Getting high-quality applicants and CVs through the door was difficult. Once those candidates come through, having the ability to get them in for an interview and convert them into successful hires. 

The quality of candidates needed to improve and we have certainly seen that since working with the Property Team at Integro.”

 

How did Integro differ from the previous recruitment agencies you used?

“Having worked with recruiters in previous roles I know how difficult they could be with their pushy sales techniques. Previously I had never managed to employ through using an agency, they were difficult to deal with and never seemed to have our interests at heart.

The fee structures were also not beneficial to us as we felt we were never a priority to them.

In general, Integro really surprised me with their quality service, honest approach and also good quality applicants. We have been impressed with their high conversion and detailed approach in filling 3 really important positions.

Integro also managed to find someone we weren’t even looking for which was impressive.”

They quickly found us an experienced Lettings Negotiator when we had initially struggled to find the right person ourselves. This was a huge relief as it was a vital position we needed filling. The Outcome

How many quality candidates did you get sent?

“Every person that we have taken on via Integro has been of high quality and has performed well whilst also integrating seamlessly with the team.”

Integro managed to send across 4 candidates for the Property Manager position, 3 for the Lettings Negotiator and the first Sales Manager introduced was interviewed and hired extremely promptly. So 8 good Interviews that resulted in our 3 positions being filled with the right people. 

 

What was the timescale for the hire?

“Integro came to our attention by sending us a candidate via email that they represented, and we got back in touch to see if we could set up an interview. 

Very impressed with the speed and quality with which we got candidates.

Usually, it would take 6 weeks to hire someone for a new role, but Integro managed to fill one role in 1 week and the others around 4 weeks which we were really pleased with. It saved me a lot of time and stress, whilst also getting us the right people for the jobs”

 

Did Sarah Hardy (Head of Property Services) offer anything different to recruiters you worked with previously?

“Sarah would constantly be offering advice to help with our attraction to candidates and giving insight into how we stack up to our competitors with similar jobs on.

Sarah comes across extremely passionate but very honest and knowledgable about the market which has been a big help.”
