Trainee Recruitment Consultant: £23,000 + Commission + Training
Recruitment Consultant: £25,000 to £28,000 + Car Allowance + Commission
Senior Recruitment Consultant: £28,000 - £33,000 + Car Allowance + Commission
Lead Recruitment/ Delivery Consultant: £33,000 - £35,000 + Car Allowance + Commission

Uncapped Commission Structure
Our Uncapped Commission Structure is one of the best in the market.
This rewards Consultants financially for their hard work and consistency.
Up to 30% with additional yearly bonus + consistency add ons.
'Consistency Kicker' Bonus
Our Senior Management Team implemented the 'Consistency Kicker' Bonus to give our Consultants added rewards for consistent results, in addition to their normal commission and yearly bonus.
Yearly Bonus Incentives
Our Yearly Bonus is based on achievements across the full year, paid in December to give our Consultants a well-deserved Christmas Bonus to enjoy their extended break. This is in addition to the normal commission structure & consistency add ons.
Extra 3/4 days holiday over Christmas
Integro shut down in between Christmas and New Year to give our team some extra time off to spend with family and friends. This is typically an extra 3 or 4 days holiday per year as a thank you for their hard work. Enjoy an extended break on us!

We moved into our new office in Jan 2024 and wanted to make it a nice, modern place to work for all of our team.
